The program involves a non-refundable contribution to the state budget, and citizenship is granted without any residency, language or in-country presence or settlement requirements.

In addition, all nationalities, including Russians and Belarusians, are eligible to apply.

Key Program Eligibility and Requirements (2025)

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Make a non-refundable contribution of $250,000 (USD) to the host country’s state budget.

Pay $50,000 in associated legal, administrative, and government fees.

Hold a clean criminal record, evidenced through police clearance certificates.

Have no record of adverse media coverage or reputational concerns.

Note: In the case of the application being rejected on the basis of material misrepresentation, the 50% fees deposit will be retained to cover our services.

Family Eligibility

After the issuance of the Naturalization Certificate and the passport, the main applicant can request citizenship for other family members.

The following dependents are eligible:

• Spouse of the main applicant
• Children under the age of 18, or adult children, provided that they are legally and financially dependent on the main applicant, and are suffering from serious physical and/or mental impairment.

All family members will receive full citizenship rights, including the ability to apply for passports following the issuance of their citizenship certificates, and citizenship can be passed to future generations.
